In addition to facilitating the movement of citizens when they cross border throughout the Republic of Croatia as well as throughout the EU Member States with whom bilateral agreements will be concluded, this certificate can be used for other purposes in accordance with Ordinances of the Civil Guard Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia that are issued pursuant the Croatian Law on Protection of Public from Infectious Diseases.
